Silas qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 2021 before completing an 18-month internship at Donnington Grove Veterinary Group in Newbury. He then stayed on for six months for a stud season where he gained breeding experience with mares and foals. Following this Silas spent a year in private equine practice in the UK prior to joining Scone Equine Hospital in 2024.
