
Penny graduated from Murdoch University Western Australia in the year of 2002.
She completed an Internship in Equine Medicine and Surgery at the Randwick Equine Centre Sydney in 2003.After her internship, she worked in private equine practice in Tasmania and in England. She joined Scone Equine Hospital in 2007 and is the current head of the Diagnostic Imaging department. Penny gained Membership of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Equine Medicine in 2010 and in 2013 Memberships in Veterinary Radiology.
Penny is an Eventing FEI veterinarian who provides veterinary services at local, national and international events, including the 2014 Incheon AsianGames, 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games. She also currently holds the position of National Medication Control Officer for Equestrian Australia.
