Ernest was born and raised in Hong Kong, returning to Australia to finish high school and graduating from the University of Sydney in 2026. Following graduation, he gained valuable experience working as a junior veterinarian at a racetrack practice in New South Wales.
Ernest joins the team at Scone Equine Hospital in August 2026 as a rotating intern, with an interest in equine surgery and sports medicine.
