Caitlin graduated from the University of Sydney in 2017. She spent 18 months working in general equine practice in Tamworth, NSW followed by an internship in Equine Medicine and Critical Care at Scone Equine Hospital in 2019. During her internship she furthered her interest and skills in neonatal medicine, ophthalmology and intensive care medicine. After her internship Caitlin completed the 2020 breeding season in an ambulatory/stud role at Scone Equine Hospital. Caitlin then worked at a referral hospital in Sydney seeing a diverse range of patients in both routine and emergency work. She rejoined the ambulatory team at Scone Equine Hospital in 2022.
