All departments moved into the new state-of-the-art hospital at the end of March, with surgery the last department to transition across in early May. We have been fully functional since then.  To compliment the buildings, over the past 6 weeks, the landscaping team have been hard at work planting many trees, hedges and turf to help soften and enhance the buildings visual appeal.

In terms of state-of-the-art equipment, our CT machine will be installed end August and fully functional in September. An equine CT machine is a powerful diagnostic tool that enhances the accuracy of diagnoses and the effectiveness of treatments for various equine related issues. The ability to adapt high resolution and detailed radiography to every day practice will provide us with a whole new insight into many conditions we deal with on a regular basis. Watch this space!

As we near the official start to the 2024 breeding season, we are all very excited to be in such a modern and advanced facility, enabling our team of highly experienced veterinarians, nurses and support team to be able to continue to provide our patients and clients with the latest in surgical procedures, medical techniques, diagnostic imaging and routine ambulatory care.
