Amelia is from Devon in the South West of England, graduating from Nottingham University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. She then completed a year long equine internship at the Langford Equine Centre, University of Bristol in the UK, rotating through the medicine, surgery and orthopaedic departments.
Amelia joins Scone Equine Hospital to undertake an equine medicine fellowship to further develop her clinical assessment and care of neonates and post-partum mares.
Following this Milly hopes to do some stud work and first opinion ambulatory practice, with the view to doing an equine internal medicine residency in the future.
