Alexandra graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada in 2017. She spent 3 months following
graduation working at a fast-paced small animal emergency clinic, where she dealt with both medical and surgical emergency cases.
Upon moving to Shepparton, Victoria in August 2017, Alexandra completed a rotating equine internship at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital which sparked
an interest in equine surgery, particularly anaesthesia.
Alexandra joins Scone Equine Hospital as the Surgery/Anaesthesia Intern and plans to pursue a residency training program on completion. Outside of
surgery, Alexandra also has a particular interest in ophthalmology.
