Carey graduated with first class honours from the University of Queensland in 2010. After seeing practice in Brisbane she undertook an extended Internship in Equine Medicine, Surgery and Reproduction at Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital in 2012.
Carey joined the team at Scone Equine Hospital in 2014 to further her interests in stud medicine and equine reproduction. She is based in Denman as part of the On Farm Services team.
